There are three ways to audit the system:

  1. Your System Administrators can see Vault activities in the Control Panel -> Reports -> Audit Log
  2. You can grant users rights to audit their own Matters in order to produce a CSV file that contains all their actions to collect and preserve the relevant data
  3. Additionally, you can determine which users should be able to audit the entire Vault System which provides options to select a date range for the report, select some or all vault users, and select some or all Vault tasks to ensure compliance with your acceptable use policy.
