There are three ways to audit the system:
- Your System Administrators can see Vault activities in the Control Panel -> Reports -> Audit Log
- You can grant users rights to audit their own Matters in order to produce a CSV file that contains all their actions to collect and preserve the relevant data
- Additionally, you can determine which users should be able to audit the entire Vault System which provides options to select a date range for the report, select some or all vault users, and select some or all Vault tasks to ensure compliance with your acceptable use policy.
